Most people don’t ever consider it (clearly).

The topic is long term happiness!

What if I told you that most people you have encountered (and will ever encounter) are unable to experience long-term happiness (10-15 years plus).

That is the truth of the modern world.

Let’s get into why…

Helios, How Do You Define Happiness?

I define happiness like this:

“Happiness is the experience of having a stable positive emotional state, with no major dips due to poor life choices.”

Most people (90%) will NEVER achieve this.

Most people go through life on autopilot and never plan their moves so far in advance as to prevent misery in the long term.

They think about the now and the next 5 years, and forget that their life span is a lot longer than that.

Let’s explain who can be happy and why they can actually achieve happiness.

We’ll also explain why the rest of the population is not able to achieve any sort of long term happiness.

Who Can Be Happy?

ALL PEOPLE are capable of experiencing happiness.

EVERYONE experiences short term happiness, or cyclical happiness.

I am NOT talking about that today.

Most people have NO CONTROL over their own happiness, it just happens.

In my opinion, that is not true happiness.

Having happiness happen to you, rather than it being a result of your excellent planning is not true happiness.

Who Actually Ends Up Happy In the Long Term?

The only people who can be truly happy in the long term are ALPHA MALES who know the truth (enlightened alphas).

All other people (women, betas, natural alphas) are FUCKED when it comes to long term happiness.

The reason is because ALL PEOPLE who are NOT enlightened alphas are entered into some kind of deal that is bound to explode in the long term.

Since they are sitting on bombs, they can never be happy in the long term.

The bombs I am referring to, of course, are committed, monogamous LTRs/marriages.

Why Women End Up Unhappy

Women end up unhappy because most of them ARE NOT paired with men they actually want to be paired with.

Most women who are married/in a committed LTR are paired with BETAS.

Betas make women miserable in the long term because women’s hypergamy is not satisfied by them.

Effectively, since most women have SETTLED for their partner, they are incapable of experiencing long term happiness.

Many women could prevent this problem by pairing up with partners MUCH earlier in their lives, when they are at the absolute PEAK of their sexual attractiveness (and can therefore attract the best possible partner for themselves).

Of course, most women don’t do this, as not enjoying their rockstar phase (age 18-23) is akin to abuse nowadays.

Many women waste away their best reproductive potential and burn away their ability to pair bond by sleeping with multiple ultra-attractive partners in their rockstar phase, and experience oxytocin burnout later in life, leading to extreme misery.

I would say that in the western clown world/matriarchy, the incidence of this occurring is about 85-90% for women.

This means that 85-90% of women have NO CHANCE OF EVER being long-term happy and are only happy when they are enjoying their rockstar phase (age 18-23) and in the honeymoon phase of their beta relationships (3 months to 3 years).

The remaining 10-15% of women are then happy or unhappy based on luck.

If their LTR/married partner manages to NOT mess up and ruin her hypergamous assessment of him and IF she has children without genetic defects and IF there is no problem with the extended family, THEN women are sometimes capable of long-term happiness.

Add to this the fact that women ENJOY cyclical feelings and you can see how it would be nearly impossible to have long-term happiness (for a 10-15 year period).

Of course, there are SOME women lucky enough to experience this happiness, but the exception proves the rule.

Why Betas End Up Unhappy

Betas end up unhappy because their happiness does not enter into society’s equation.

Betas are useful idiots who are used and abused by the system in order to make sure that women’s poor reproductive choices lead to no negative financial consequences.

Betas are women’s financial safety nets in modern society.

Betas are there so that women have someone to marry/LTR after they have thoroughly enjoyed their rockstar phase (age 18-23) and sometimes even their strong-independent phase (age 23-29).

Since practically ALL betas are SETTLED for, women are INCAPABLE of being attracted to them or happy with them past the honeymoon phase of the relationship (3 months to 3 years).

The honeymoon phase can be extended by having children (2 year extension per child), but past that point, happiness is impossible for betas.

Since betas never understood how women truly work, they NEVER had a chance at true happiness.

Also, betas never understood the kind of relationships they should enter into in order to maximize their own happiness, and instead only enter into relationships that favour women (monogamous LTR and marriage).

Why Some Natural Alphas End Up Unhappy

Sadly, even many natural alphas end up unhappy in the long term.

Natural alphas are men that are SO ATTRACTIVE for whatever reason that they NEVER HAD TO LEARN what the world was really like.

These men are likely to believe women are wonderful angels that give men whatever they want no matter what men do.

Natural alphas never realize what the REASON for women’s good treatment of them is.

As a result, they also tend to enter into relationships that favour women, and destroy any potential for their own long term happiness.

Natural alphas are VERY LIKELY to be ground down into beta paste in an LTR/marriage since they have no idea what moves to make in order to maintain a woman’s attraction (they never had to learn, it just came naturally to them by genetic chance).

Natural alphas are women’s favourite because natural alphas have no idea the game that is being played, and so, women can fulfill both sides of their hypergamy (alpha genes in the short term AND beta resources in the long term).

Since natural alphas often become betas over time due to their poor choices, they are unlikely to achieve long term happiness.

Why Enlightened Alpha Men Up Long Term Happy

The reason that only alpha men who know the truth are capable of happiness is simple.

Men desire life that is like a still pond.

Men do not desire emotional ups and downs. 

An enlightened alpha understands how the world really works and what moves are needed in order to create a life that is steady and stable in the long term.

Since they understand the true nature of women, enlightened alphas never enter into relationships that disfavour them in the long term (LTR and marriages).

They also don’t get common-law married.

As a result, enlightened alphas are capable of avoiding the worst aspects of women’s natures while maximizing their own reproductive goals.

Enlightened alphas are able to PREVENT THE PROBLEM and thus maintain a state of continuous, long term happiness.

Of course, there will always be negative events that happen to every person, but outside of those RANDOM OCCURRENCES, enlightened alphas are able to maintain a state of continuous, calm happiness over the long term (10-15 year periods).

As I have implied in the title of this post, I believe that only 10% of the human population is enlightened alphas (and that may be a generous number).

Consequences In Society

The consequence of only 10% of people being happy in the long term in our society is obvious.

Our society would be in a state of total anarchy without the entertainment industry.

Entertainment is keeping people afloat despite their misery.

It also means that most people’s advice in our society is wrong, and following it will lead to your long term misery.

The sad part is the people giving advice probably have NO IDEA that THEIR OWN CHOICES are what has led them down the terrible path they’re on.

They are too brainwashed by their mental prison, religion, their mom, etc. to ever know.

The Modern World

As I have said in a previous post, the modern world is clown world.

People following society’s traditional script are headed for a cliff.

The sad part is that most have NO IDEA their relationships are bound for failure and misery!

The cliff is hidden from view through illusion.

The veneer of happiness once misery is achieved is maintained through the entertainment industry and a sea of fake smiles everywhere.

Conclusion

Only about 10% of the population (enlightened alphas) are capable of true long term happiness.

Everyone else is doomed to long term misery due to their poor long term decision making.

If more people were aware of the truth, they may be able to prevent the problem.

Sadly, the modern clown world is hellbent on teaching people to destroy themselves rather than bettering their lot in life.

That is the true tragedy of our world.

Women are NOT like men in how they want to experience feelings.

Women WANT their emotions to cycle.

They don’t want to always be happy.

Society encourages beta-hood because betas perpetuate feminine primacy.

Betas are sacrificed, that women and alphas may benefit.

When Are Betas Happy?

Betas falsely think that they were with the incorrect woman when they switch partners, but the real reason they were miserable is because of the mental prison they have been in since they were young.

1 – Cook

Most women nowadays have NO IDEA how to cook.

They believe that learning how to cook is oppressive and that “traditional” feminine things are evil.

Believe me when I say that one of the MOST ATTRACTIVE things a woman can do is cook well.

To some men it is even MORE attractive than being good in bed.

It really isn’t that hard to be able to cook.

Men don’t require you to be a professional chef, but having some cooking ability is INCREDIBLY attractive.

This includes baking by the way.

2 – Clean

Want to set yourself so far above your competition it’s ridiculous?

Try cleaning ANYTHING in your partner’s house/apartment as a woman.

I know this sounds like a ridiculously small number, considering many of you women in your rockstar phase (age 18-23) go ham.

Unfortunately, your oxytocin does NOT CARE about how you feel, or what phase of life you’re in.

You WILL burn out your ability to get close to a guy and this will cause you to resent men if you sleep with too many partners.

Obviously, I would recommend not doing excessive drugs or drinking as a result, as that is likely to inhibit your ability to make decisions. 

On drugs, you’re more likely to fuck some random alpha, resulting in burning out your oxytocin needlessly.

6 – Wear Feminine Clothing

 MOST if not ALL modern women have FORGOTTEN that men LOVE feminine clothing.

Most women basically dress like men nowadays.

There are NO skirts/dresses ANYWHERE.

ANY woman that dresses in a feminine way (outside of parties) IMMEDIATELY has MUCH greater attractiveness than women who don’t.

Try dressing feminine in public and see what happens! (All the women around you will hate you as they realize how unfair the game is and how much attention you’re getting).

Leggings are NOT as attractive as dresses/skirts, even though we see more of your body when you’re wearing leggings.

7 – Allow Yourself to Be Submissive

Most women nowadays, rather than acting submissive, do the opposite.

9 – NO Nagging

The most annoying thing a man can experience is a tough day at work, only to come home and have his wife complain at him over some trivial nonsense.

NOTHING is more unattractive than nagging (other than being 400 pounds).

If you nag, your days are numbered.

The relationship WILL NOT last.
