Most mainstream advice is garbage, and if it’s followed, will lead to your long term misery.

The reason is because most advice (especially advice for men) is female-favoured.

Let me explain the real things you need to do in order to maintain any kind of relationship with a woman.

Many of these are counterintuitive.

1 – Be Selfish

I love my girl, how dare you tell me to be selfish?

My son, selfishness is absolutely key to maintaining relationships with women.

You should always have YOURSELF as the most important thing in your life.

NO-ONE should have priority over you in your own life.

When you look out for yourself first, women will know where your boundaries lie.

They will know that trying to get you to worship them and pedestalize them will not work!

Women want a man who is superior to them (due to hypergamy).

Firm boundaries combined with reward and punishment through your attention creates amazing behaviour.

5 – Work Out

Having an aesthetically pleasing body allows you to get your foot in the door with many more women than if you’re not.

This means that with a more attractive body you’re much more easily able to add women to your funnel.

Women find muscularity and height attractive.

Work on the masculine characteristics that are most likely to lead to your success.

Students thus, are indoctrinated to believe that they have value without having to work for it and they deserve equal treatment to actual, real hardworking people in the real world.

It is best to indoctrinate kids in false ideas at a young age, when they are too young to know better.

It means that she sees you as a beta.

If you think about some previous articles I’ve written regarding how women treat betas, you know that it is a TERRIBLE place to be.

Know this:

If a girl calls you a nice guy, there isn’t much you can do to salvage it other than disappear for 6 months, no contact.

Nice guys finish last.

2 – I Love You But I’m Not In Love With You

If your girl ever says this to you it means the following:

The thrill is gone.

She no longer finds you sexually attractive, but still finds you USEFUL as a purse/butler.

If you find yourself in this position, it likely means that you have failed MANY shit tests and she now sees you as an abject beta.

You must begin to rebuild yourself to be more alpha if you are put in this position.

Here are some things you can do:

3)  Hit the gym

3 – I Think We Should See Other People

“I think we should see other people” means that she’s breaking up with you.

She’s just being nice about it.

Rather than telling you that she literally can’t stand to be around you anymore, she instead says something nice like this to let you off easy.

Know this:

No relationship survives the “I think we should see other people” talk.

You have likely ruined it through your actions (being beta, kissing her ass, being too agreeable, having no other options, etc.).

4 – Let’s Just Be Friends

Also known as LJBF, this expression is used by women on betas.

LJBF is used so that women can keep the beta as an orbiter, who she can use for free favours while giving him no sex.

As extra torture, she often talks to this beta about other men she’s fucking, so as to rub it in how sexually disinterested she is in him.

If a girl tells you that you should just be friends, your immediate move is to walk away and go no contact.

If a girl tells you not to ever change, it means your current behaviour is perfectly in line with what women SAY they want.

Brand new sports cars are incredibly beautiful and their beauty is undeniable.

Of course, as the sports car is driven around and experiences the stresses of the modern road, it gets worn down over time.

Eventually, it is no longer as beautiful as it once was, and brand new sports cars have appeared that are more eye catching.

If no-one has bought the sports car by that point, no-one may ever buy it.

Most people (90%) will NEVER achieve this.

Most people go through life on autopilot and never plan their moves so far in advance as to prevent misery in the long term.

They think about the now and the next 5 years, and forget that their life span is a lot longer than that.

Let’s explain who can be happy and why they can actually achieve happiness.

We’ll also explain why the rest of the population is not able to achieve any sort of long term happiness.

Who Can Be Happy?

ALL PEOPLE are capable of experiencing happiness.

EVERYONE experiences short term happiness, or cyclical happiness.

I am NOT talking about that today.

Most people have NO CONTROL over their own happiness, it just happens.

In my opinion, that is not true happiness.

Having happiness happen to you, rather than it being a result of your excellent planning is not true happiness.

Who Actually Ends Up Happy In the Long Term?

The only people who can be truly happy in the long term are ALPHA MALES who know the truth (enlightened alphas).

All other people (women, betas, natural alphas) are FUCKED when it comes to long term happiness.

The reason is because ALL PEOPLE who are NOT enlightened alphas are entered into some kind of deal that is bound to explode in the long term.

Since they are sitting on bombs, they can never be happy in the long term.

The bombs I am referring to, of course, are committed, monogamous LTRs/marriages.

Why Women End Up Unhappy

Women end up unhappy because most of them ARE NOT paired with men they actually want to be paired with.

Most women who are married/in a committed LTR are paired with BETAS.

Betas make women miserable in the long term because women’s hypergamy is not satisfied by them.

Effectively, since most women have SETTLED for their partner, they are incapable of experiencing long term happiness.
